What IdeaLink collects and why.

Information you provide

We store account details, ideas, page content, preferences, feedback, uploaded media, and billing identifiers needed to operate your workspace. We do not receive or store complete payment-card details.

Information collected from published pages

Published pages use first-party browser and session identifiers to count visits and actions. We may store waitlist names, email addresses, form responses, consent times, referral hosts, and campaign parameters submitted by visitors.

How information is used

We use this information to provide page generation, editing, publishing, waitlist collection, analytics, billing, support, security, and service improvement. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

IdeaLink relies on infrastructure and services including Cloudflare, OpenAI, Stripe, and an email-delivery provider. Each processes only the information needed for its role.

AI processing

Idea descriptions, current page content, and editing instructions may be sent to an AI provider to generate or revise a page. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information.

Retention and control

We retain information while an account or published page is active and as reasonably needed for security, billing, support, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us.
